How the integration works
The platform reads the channels the installation already has: directly via industrial protocols (Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC-UA, IEC 61850, BACnet, MQTT), via vendor cloud APIs, or via per-site SFTP for logger uploads. Batteries connect via the BMS (BYD, Tesla, Sungrow ESS, SMA).
First observe, then control
Switching does not have to be a big bang: in observe-only mode the Elteq platform runs alongside the existing logger or vendor portal — reading, analysing, alerting — without touching anything. Control follows only when you are ready for it.
