Why string level makes the difference
A failed inverter makes itself known; a string running 10% behind does not — it hides in the average for months. Per-string visibility surfaces that loss, set against the median of its siblings and assessed only in daylight.
An honest performance ratio
The PR is calculated following the IEC 61724 method, exclusively over days on which both energy and irradiance are reliably present — with on-site pyranometers (Kipp & Zonen) where they exist, and the irradiance source used named on every report. Detection is deterministic physics and statistics; no AI marketing.
